  • The facility is really nice and the RMTs provide great massages, but the overall atmosphere is a bit unprofessional for what I would expect from a "spa". On three separate occasions my massage appointments were cancelled by Leela for reasons such as "the therapist didn't show up for work". If you can manage to get an appointment, the massages are great and the people are friendly. I really wish they would take customer's needs more seriously though.
