  • If I could give no stars I would! I brought my computer here for a simple wifi card fix. When I returned, apparently the guy who was working on my computer became incarcerated and it was a violation to enter his portion of the building to retrieve my computer. I've been going round and round in circles with two guys. The guy who was incarcerated got out and then informed me that an assistant who used to work for them got upset and stole a ton of equipment. Not my problem! Needless to say after driving back and forth across the valley and getting the run around a billion times, they finally agreed to replace the computer. When that date and time came, no one was anywhere to be found. More time went by and I called before I drove over and the two main computer repair guys were ghost. By this time, I was prepared to serve them and take this to court. Beyond ridiculous. They then agreed to give me cash. Ok I'm fine with that, but wanted to low ball me, telling me my device depreciated and some wholesale BS! Again, not my problem! Words can't describe how infuriating this is and the biggest inconvenience. Avoid this place at all cost!!
