  • I asked a representative from Certapro to come out and talk to me about painting some walls in our house. The guy they sent was rude and unprofessional. He kept pointing out dust that was high up on the wall and telling me I had to clean it. He pointed out dust on top of a door way, it seems that was all he could focus on. He kept telling me what I had to do and what Certapro would NOT do. In contract, a representative from Diamond House Painting came out, and helped me through my indecisions, and told me what they COULD do. Certapro never even sent me a quote. Between the two reps, it was EASY to choose Diamond House Painting to come out and paint the ENTIRE inside of my house.
