  • Not please with their service. Was used thru my Warranty with Home Depot. On the first call from them they said did not keep parts and would need to order and it was necessary to come out without part. I told him I thought it was a switch and he said not burner. It took several weeks to get part and when he came out it was not the burner, it was the switch. He said he would order part and have sent to our house and my husband could put the switch on to keep him from making another visit. I told him NO range is under warranty plan. After he left I found that I had a circular crack in the range top (on top of front burner). We phoned the only to find they were closed for 5 days. It took several other call to talk to someone about the crack. When parts came to home we opened box because it was damaged. He had ordered 2 new burners and 2 switches. Not sure why more burners ordered when they knew it was not the burner (who pays for the extra parts). One of the switches was not in box. We called and them and told them one switch missing. He said sending another person out anyway. When the young gentleman came he said had the correct switch and he replaced. I talked to him about the crack and he became very rude and said they did not do anything and I must have dropped a pot on the top. I tried to explain it was not that way before he came and there after he left and removing top, became even more angry and would let me talk. I tried to talk to him about the type of crack and if something had been dropped on top I think it would be a different type of crack or break in top. He said they didn't break the top and they were professional. I explained no one prefect and he was not professional. I told him I did not know if it was cracked when removing the top, a defect or over heat defect from burner element but NOT there before they removed the top! I asked him who owned the Company and he replied MY BOSS. I asked for his name and he said he would not tell me that information. I asked him to leave my home because he was so rude and unprofessional. He took a picture of the top before leaving. I expect my range top to be replaced. I am now 45 days into getting service.
