  • Wow!!!! I swear I thought it was just me until I read the reviews. Very rude almost seem like prejudice cashier to me. 1st off, he was talking to another customer ALL SMILES. Until he looked at me, if looks could kill I'd be dead. He frowned during the whole transaction. I said thank you sir he never replied,I said have a great day he absolutely turned away as if he didn't hear me. I will go back (I'm petty like that,) just to expose him and tell a manager, as I happened to know the owner because I've done tree work for him years ago when he lived in Gates/ Moreland Mills I can't remember which. I have a few properties in Cleveland Hts and pay way too much taxes to be treated like that. Just saying.... But the other Marks are nothing like this one. 0 stars 4me but had to hit 1 Just to post . Sorry for such a long post but I had to get that off my chest....
