  • One of my favorite spots in Madison for casual dining. Living within walking distance of the Capitol for many years, dinner at tipsy followed by a cigar at Maduros is pretty much my happy place. The burger has made Madison Magazine's best burger list I believe, and for good reason. The chicken sandwich is also outstanding. Their wings are sneaky among the best in Madison (accompanying bleu cheese dressing is awesome). For any of you that dig goat cheese (who doesn't?), they have goat cheese curds. Get them. If you haven't yet been, go here for lunch or dinner sometime. You will not regret it.
