  • Terrible customer service. Broken promises around prorated storage for time after initial storage. Btw, 30 days storage starts when you load, so their decision to keep containers insource destination than travel time provided me with less than 20 days of free storage. Not flexible for deliveries which increased my loading and unloading costs by fifty percent Check out other options, this could've a good solution but the people involved are not customer focused
