I LOVE Gyu Kaku -- I've been to several locations in LA and Valencia, and I'm ecstatic that there is finally a spot in Vegas. This has to be my favorite location just because of the drink menu. Most of the other ones have the same drink menu, which mainly consists of soju cocktails; those are good but I appreciate the variety the LV location has. I tried three drinks, including the mint apple, one with blue curacao and lychee (delicious!) and a raspberry one (a little tart for me but still good). It's probably one of the cheapest places to drink since the cocktails are $3-$5 during happy hour. Can't beat that! And the food, as always, was delish. Their calamari and cheese wontons are must haves. Can't wait to go back next.
