| - First of all, this place is as bare-bones as a place can get.
Few if any amenities. I never used the pool, and the kids that did were usually well behaved.
The laundry room was ok. I never had issues with needing to use a machine and not having one available.
The woman that's the general manager here is not the most hospitable. I don't think she ever means anything by it, but she is NOT a personable individual.
She also forgets a lot of things. I usually tried to deal directly with Mary whenever possible, in order to avoid the other woman.
I only had 4 bad incidents while I was here.
1. A drunk guy passed out by my door. Because of the layout of the complex, I literally had to walk around a completely different way to get around this drunkard.
2. There was a domestic dispute one evening in a unit beneath mine.
3. A car was broken into in broad daylight 10 minutes before I got to the parking lot.
4. One apartment, a corner unit, had weed smokers that would stink up the area on weekends.
You will get a lot of ratchet people here. That's just the nature of things, considering the rent is so cheap.
For what I paid, it was all reasonable.
I knew what I was getting into at $515/mo.
They don't send you monthly statements. You just kind of have to know to pay on the 1st-3rd of every month. Checks only. No online pay system.
Water is allocated to every one in the complex almost equally, you don't get your own individual unit meter for water use. They charge based on number of people, and number of faucet heads in a unit.
