  • I called few plumbing company and no one offered to come right away. My hot water wasn't working and the gas company said our water heater is not working. So I called yes plumbing and they offered to come same day in the afternoon. Brian and his partner arrived and checked the water heater and oh btw they charge $29 for jnspection but will waive after you have them fix it. So they told me the igniter seems to be the one that's not working, they can replace it for $680 but it's not a guarantee that it will work as they are assuming. Ok, so if you are tech and don't know what's wrong with the water heater then I don't know why you became a tech. So they offered to replace it instead, since we need the hot water that night and we had a busy schedule, we end up buying a brand new water heater. These guys are not only tech, they are salesmen and will offer to purchase a new one instead of fixing bec they can't guarantee if it will work after replacing the part which they think is something wrong. But I give them 4 starsnfor coming same day and believe me they are ready, they had a brand new water heater inside their truck so they know they will end up replacing your water heater instead of offering to fix it so you can save money. I give 5 star for their office staff bec they are promt and scheduled someone to come out right away. They offered a maintenance program which I also purchased since I thought it's worth the money to do it as they will inspect both water heater and AC. But over all 3 star just because I felt I had no choice but to replace my water heater to a new one.They don't arrive to fix the water heater, they came to replace, yikes. They have room for improvement and they can be better if they really send a tech that will save you money but not sell a new water heater.
