  • I came in with a box full of clothes. Was nationally ignored when I walk through the door by the 12-year-old standing behind the counter. I explained to her that I saw their website online and that I wanted to consign some clothing she said that was fine but the only offer store credit at the moment I explained to her that online their website stated that they give cash for clothing. She stated that yes it does say that online but right now they're only giving store credit. I think that it's really rude of them to not update their website and have people travel far across town to consigned items for cash and it can't even be done. I'm highly to satisfied with professionalism of this store.
