  • We needed to find a place to do my rear brakes so I called yesterday after hours and left a message about getting my rear brakes done on my Jeep Patriot. Surprisingly, they called back within 15 minutes since they were still there working late! Set up an appointment for the very next morning(today) at 10am. Wow- what a nice, clean, welcoming facility with free Keurig coffee station, cooler with water bottles, clean restrooms and free WIFI. There were were a number of senior citizens waiting for their cars as well and the kindness and patience the staff/technicians had with them was impressive(yes, I eavesdropped having never been here before!). You can see the shop floor thorough the big windows/doors and it looked pretty spotless to me. Cost was exactly what I was told on the phone by Diane, no surprises or "extra shop fees". I think we found our new repair shop for our vehicles. :-)
