I love coming here for yoga, but the past few times I've wished instructors would be much gentler when they come around and press on your arms and shoulders into your chest muscles during savasana. It has literally left me with lingering pain twice, it felt like someone was walking on them. I don't mind when they come around with gentle massage or oils, but an unexpected chiropractic adjustment that I'm not expecting or wanting can hurt, especially previously injured areas that I don't mention because they have healed.
