  • I have never used a storage facility before so i have nothing to compare my experience to. With that being said, Terina has set that bar very high if I have any storage needs in the future. I created an excel sheet of all the storage units, benefits and prices and it was an easy decision to choose Cubesmart. In addition to offering the most benefits and best prices they have outstanding customer service from the call center to the actual people in the office. I was able to go into the office and talk to Terina as if I have known her for years. She makes you feel very welcomed and is there to help anser any questions. she also helped with recommendations on movers that have helped me tremendously. I would most definately recommend cubesmart for any of your storage needs. After having a few months of no issue with the storage i just found out that when you move out they do not pro-rate any amount. So i have to pay for another month of storage when i only need 12 days of storage. I asked for copy of the cancellation policy because i was not advised i have to pay for time i will not be using.
