Aiding and abetting a criminal? If a contractor, Carpet Pharmacy (in this case) has taken your money (down payment greater than 50% of the job) and your needle point rugs and has not returned your calls or your possessions over the course of several months Home Advisor may not post your review because you have a dispute with an unresolved status. But then innocent clients are led to think the contractor they are dealing with is honest and reputable. Home Advisor's defense is "we are just an advertising platform." Is that all you are now that a client has a problem? That's the equivalent of a middle aged man like Chris Terrill the CEO saying, "but I'm just a tiny little baby." Chris, if you're paying attention, my experience for a several weeks was terrible or terillble. Finally, a very competent employee named Bob was assigned to our case. But even with the threat of freezing Carpet Pharmacy's account and pulling their advertising, Carpet Pharmacy has yet to reach out to us to explain what happened to our rugs.
