Horrible customer service..$400.00 cash was removed from my wallet.
Happy 10th anniversary... what a way to start your trip.

Long story short, poor customer service landed me in the wrong rental vehicle.
My wallet was in the center cup holder of the first vehicle. My wife and I had to move our property from the first (incorrect) vehicle to the second (correct) vehicle. The rude first customer service rental directed us to the wrong vehicle which resulted in us having to move our property to the correct vehicle.
An employees took the first vehicle with my wallet in the cup holder.
When the vehicle came back from tbe car wash with the budget EMPLOYEE my wallet was missing. The wallet was no longer in the center cup holder.
My wallet was found by a female employee, the wallet was hidden under the drivers seat.
The female employee handed me my wallet and some how the 400.00 cash was taken from inside the wallet.
Only employees had access to the vehicle.
Management has yet to help...
Someone who works here has a clear lack of integrity. I'll update the review as the management responds.
I have spend several hours in person and on the phone with Budget as a matter of principal!
Yes I want my money back, but someone working here is a thief and management ignoring the problem only make them negleglent .
The manager on duty Saturday named Jose told me that he had some type of electronic device like a tablet or iPad stolen while he was working at budget.
