  • My family and I have been to Risas. My daughter has her braces with them and all seems to be going well with her. This is why I have three stars, but it would one star, if it was solely based on my current situation. Anyway, my wife had a procedure done not too long ago and the Dentist that worked on the procedure was very rude, rough and condescending, sorry, I don't have his name. We were to have a treatment done with insurance but when we were finally able to come in for the procedure, we were told we had to pay for it, which didn't make sense, they said they ran out of time to bill for the cap that was created, but it took them quite a while to make that cap. We left after the procedure without making a payment because they said they were going to check with the insurance. Never heard back. I call today because there was an issue with the same procedure and she needs to be seen ASAP, but now we can't make an appointment because of an outstanding balance, now we have to be a walk in and they only take them until 5, when my wife gets off? Im floored. Looks like I need a new Dentist. Very unprofessional.
