When I first came to Las Vegas seven years ago I ate at the BH on Decatur at Charleston. It was disastrous. Another year or two went by and I figured that it was a fluke. No, no, I had an almost identical experience and said, "Never again!"
Now, years later, I was talked into going to a different BH on West Flamingo.
This is what happened: The table staff started to pour coffee into a cup that was clearly dirty. The staff was looking directly into the cup and beginning to pour when I pointed out how dirty the cup was.
Back with a new cup, he filled it and left. I looked around the table for some Half and Half and there wasn't any. Lots of chemical choices but I don't like the aftertaste. I had to wait a considerable time to get H&H and by then my coffee was cold.
The restroom: Only one toilet (!) and it was filthy. I haven't felt the need to use a tissue toilet seat cover for probably 30 years but I had to at BH.
Then the hand dryer just made a little rattling noise and put out no air.
Bye, this time for good. There is no excuse for this level of institutional ineptitude and mismanagement.
