  • Worst place ever. I've had to go back three times due to incompetence of staff because first they gave me glasses with the wrong prescription, then when I went to get a screw replaced they put a screw that was the wrong size and was so large that when I put the glasses on it scratched my ear and finally when I tried to get glasses at a different business my insurance said I had already used my benefit at my eye doctor when I hadn't! The person helping me had redeemed my benefit even though I did not get glasses. Most ridiculous place ever. Will NOT be going back.
