| - This was the worst experience at a dentist I have every had. I went in with a chipped front crown, and I had to get it repaired. Dr. Miller replaced my crown, but the moment I got in my car in the parking lot the crown (that took four hours to complete) fell off!!! I went back and he re cemented it. This was the start of a nightmarish experience - for the next year, I had to get this crown re cemented at least four times. With each visit, I felt Dr. Miller and his staff more reluctant and I mean, I did absolutely nothing wrong!! The crown would just fall off on its own, and I have had crowns in the past that lasted me YEARS - so I was pretty traumatized that this would happen, esp. to my front tooth. I am in school and work, so to walk around with a toothless smile was not acceptable.
For my last visit, Dr. Miller was grinding my tooth, and I told him to please stop. He didn't listen to me and continued to grind - I had to physically put my hands up to stop him!
I went to another dentist to fix my tooth and because I had it done at his office, my insurance wouldn't cover this crown. I had to fight with Dr. Miller's office to reimburse me payment for the crown so I can get it fixed elsewhere!! Lisa at his office was nice when I first met her, but WATCH OUT!!! because the moment you have to discuss something like a refund she turns out to be nasty!!!
Horrible dentist, and I felt inclined to write this review to prevent anyone else from going through this experience...
