This may change depending on the future of my wife's brakes.
I went in there 2 weeks ago to have my wife's brakes checked, because I heard a really disturbing sound when I drove it. Went here and they said it needed new rotors and pads for a total of over $800. (Vehicle is a '04 Hyundai Santa Fe and it was bought used from plant Hyundai) She does hit the brakes a little harder than I do. So I had their credit card I had gotten last time I was through and within 3 hours they called and said it was done.
By Thursday right after the brakes were squeaking louder then anything I had heard before. We ended up taking it in first thing Saturday and they tried a different set of parts. NOPE. Didn't work. Brakes still squeaked. So brought it back the following Monday, later in the afternoon, they had used a different supplier on the parts. Just to see if the previous ones were bad. Well it worked. Till Friday. My wife had told me that there is still a squeak, not as bad and it only happens when she's almost stopped. I take it back yesterday at 9:15ish and the guy at the desk says they won't have a mechanic for another 90 minutes. I'm like, ok I'll come back later. I show up around 11 am and leave my keys with them. I knew they were busy and only had one mechanic, but they should of called us later and said they couldn't get to it. It took my wife to call around 4 pm to find out they couldn't do it. It would of been nice for a phone call.
Don't know if I'll be going back there again. Maybe or maybe not.
