  • I really like this place. It sure is different. The food is excellent. The whole counter experience sucks and it's why I'm giving it 3 stars. First of all, the cashiers seem to go MIA and when they do appear, they seem confused about what's going on and why you'd be placing an order. It's completely off putting to stand in line 20 minutes to be told there is a 30 minute wait once you get to the counter. I get it, it's an artisan market. But it's also lunch time and you are a counter service establishment and most people are going out of their way to grab this sandwich or salad. :(
