  • Where do I even begin. If I can give a 0 I would. This place is disgusting. Not only disgusting but the management is very unprofessional. I moved out march 31 and they had charged me for a carpet cleaning and partial cleaning fee. Aka : I did not receive my security deposit back. Cody had told me that it was because my carpet was not shampooed. Hmmm. I provided him receipts showing him that I actually had my carpet shampooed before move out. I had also hired someone to clean my apartment but yet they still charged me. Which is fraud. I had sent them my receipts like Cody told me too... left over 10 voicemails and emails and yet no one has reached back to me. It's been over 2 months. The lease does not state that you have to get professional carpet cleaners in order to get your security deposit back. During my stay; multiple police were at the complex : drugs ; they had found a dead body in someone's trunk in the parking lot; fights. They have stray cats all over the place. Truly disgusting and the management is rude and unprofessional on top of it. I know that Kara will be reading this due to her responding to everyone's review. Kara - I am still waiting for my security deposit that I was told will be returned back when I showed my receipts. It's been over 2 months. Thanksssss
