  • I was referred to Pro Cyclery by another bike shop that didn't have the tool I needed. One of the mechanics (thanks Mike!) quickly figured out that I already had the right tool. He checked out the part I was trying to fix and explained what I needed to do. Lots of places would have tried to sell me something I didn't need or convince me I couldn't do it myself. I'm up and running again but soon I need a good maintenance overhaul. I know where I'll be going.
