he sales staff itself is great, however the managers and overall buying process is absolutely atrocious to deal with. When going over the numbers, the managers were pretty much yelling in their offices to the point where you could hear exactly what they were saying. No respect, didn't even come out to greet us or introduce themselves. Guess money is more important than customer experience.
Don't expect much from a Pre-delivery inspection. They talk it up so much that the vehicle is pretty much going to be in a perfect condition.... except it was not even close. Vehicle was still dirty, barely cleaned, looked like it was wiped down with a dirty rag in under an 10 minutes. And be expected to fill up right after you pick it up, because a small courtesy such as driving off the vehicle with a full tank of gas doesn't seem to be common sense to this dealership. You'd think that the $499 fee would include something logical like this, but from the work they've done, it seems that true value of work and labour gone into the Pre-delivery inspection was less than $50.
Don't bother coming here, location is terrible, management staff is inexperience and care only about profit. Try any other Hyundai as you'll want to avoid this place.
