  • BEWARE service customers!! The end of January I took my Audi in for routine oil change and was told that I had 5 issues totaling $2,849.00. I was told that several of them needed to be fixed within several weeks and the others within 6 months. The first of importance issue was my battery was leaking. Instead of paying the quoted price of $250.00, my husband changed it himself. He said there were no signs of battery leakage. It made us suspicious of the rest of what needed to be done. I took it to The Autohaus of North Scottsdale and paid $61.00 to get a second opinion and evaluate my car. They said nothing needed to be done. There was only one minor issue that didn't require any maintenance. $61.00 well spent! I called Jason, my advisor at Audi North and left a voice message. Never heard back from him and I will NEVER go back there. I will be a costumer of The Autohaus in North Scottsdale. By the way, Charles, the owner at The Autohaus told me my car was in great shape and he could tell I've maintained it very well. He's correct! I have always kept up on maintenance when I lived in IL and for the last year in Scottsdale since I moved here.
