  • I have lived here since March 2017. The reason I'm giving this place any stars at all is because 1, it looks nice with a great floor plan and 2, the maintenance guy for the property is awesome. I'll start with the fact that they only have someone in the office 2-3 days a week. They are impossible to get a hold of. The online rent payment system hasn't worked for my roommate since day one. She has to go get a cashiers check every month and take it to the office. Leonard, the manager, has input her check into the system late almost every month and we get charged late fees because of it. The only way for us to get these fees reversed is to go down to the office and make sure he does it manually.. but SURPRISE, no one is ever there. The walls are EXTREMELY thin. I can hear everything my neighbors do and say. When someone in the unit next to me is walking up and down their stairs, it sounds like they are in my apartment. They have left 48 hour notices on everyones doors, 4 times in the last month, that they are going to enter our units between the hours of 8am-6pm. It is always some ridiculous reason, most recent being they want to check the smoke detectors. It feels like a huge invasion of privacy to have someone entering your unit without permission while you aren't there. Not to mention I have a dog that tries to run out the door if its left open. And they have left my door wide open when entering my unit. Finally, the reason I'm deciding to write this review.. Last night my roommate went to open our front door and the door handle actually broke off. There was no way for us to get into our apartment. I called the emergency maintenance line and left a voicemail. Which, by the way, doesn't even go to the maintenance guy.. I'm assuming Leonard is the one who receives these calls and "checks" the voicemails. No one ever called back. I had to go into my neighbors unit and climb from their balcony onto ours, to basically break into my own unit. This morning I woke up and still no call back. I called again and left a voicemail on emergency maintenance. Still no response. I sent Leonard an email. No response or phone call. My roommate just ran into Glenn, the awesome maintenance guy, and he came to our unit to help fix it right away. As he is in our unit trying to fix the door, Leonard called Glenn to tell him there was an emergency maintenance request for our unit.... GREAT JOB LEONARD. Also, very professional, not even getting back to me (the tenant). Glenn also just informed my roommate that this has happened to 4 other units this month. Although this complex looks nice, its clearly a piece of sh*t . By far the worst place I have ever lived. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
