  • Convenient location but terrible clinic. I live in Cityplace so unfortunately I have frequented this clinic for the last two years. However, I am fed up and am looking for a new clinic to go to. The medical assistant is cold and often very short with you. I have only seen the one lady there and never had a pleasant experience. I see the regular doctor here on site, Dr. Vale is a young doctor and probably knows his stuff but again very cold and not friendly. Even when the clinic is not busy he is always running out of the room leaving me wondering "are we done?". He makes no effort to listen to anything you have to say and often cuts you off and dismisses your concerns, which is not what you look for in a doctor. As well, it is very evident that he does not want to spend another minute in the room with you and he hurries out without as much as a "have a good day". I have seen many doctors in different clinics as a student and have never been treated this way. I will be finding a clinic further away just to find a new doctor. Other reviewers are correct about the awkwardness of the clinic entrance/decor/whatever. However, I have alwyas had good service at the pharmacy!
