| - This hike is my home away from home. It's so beautiful and tranquil to do after a stressful week. Just trek, boulder, and rappel your way down to several relaxing hot springs. As much as people boast this trail is not for beginners, the reality is, anyone can do it. I have no prior experience hiking, and I went back in 2011 when there weren't as many ropes assisting you down. Also, I see children and teens doing this hike all the time, so just believe in yourself.
The first time I went I just hiked past the hot springs to the Colorado river. It was covered in moss, and looked like a green wonderland. I went inside every single hot spring on my last hike with my friends. The best hot springs are those closest to the river, those are the hottest ones. There is one hotspring, you can swim underneath, under some rocks, and it brings you to an underwater cave. I won't tell you which one though, that's where the adventure lies. Cheers.
