The place is in a busy plaza at Kennedy and 14th. Parking there is tight but a lot of people go in and out of the plaza quickly. This place wasn't busy when I went in and some Chinese people were sitting on the tables and drinking their tea with their food combos they ordered.
I opted to only go for buns for my first time. I got the ham and egg bun, the omega-3 egg tart, the curry bun and the ground beef bun. All of them totalled to $8.00 with a 25 cent debit fee.
The cons? It was really expensive compared to how much I usually pay for buns.
BUT...
The buns tasted awesome and they were clearly made with better ingredients for the filling compared to your standard grocery store or bun shops near midland and finch. However, I don't think I would justify coming back here to buy buns again since it was so expensive. I don't think it was worth it to pay extra for the taste here. If I was in the area and wanted a snack, I'd probably go and just get one bun but I wouldn't make it a habit to go buy a bunch of buns to bring home.
