  • Unfortunately I did not have a good experience and I hate to leave bad reviews but if you are going to trust someone with your engagement ring it is important to do your research. When I dropped the ring off everything went fine and was told it would be ready in 3 days. When I called a week later since I hadn't heard anything they could not find my order. Once the order was located they were rude as to why I was calling but insured it would be completed 2 days later. Again, never heard back so I waited 4 days and called as I was leaving out of the state. The main older gentlemen Terry, was beyond rude as to why I was calling I couldn't believe it. A younger gentleman Chris then later called me and put a rush on the order and was friendly. I did get it the following day before I was set to leave town. However, now my ring has a line where they had resized it and none of my friends have ever had that issue so pretty disappointing experience all together. Will not be returning.
