  • PROS: I was happy with the check-in feature as I checked-in right at 5 pm and drove on over. I was glad I did because there was already a long wait of walk-ins and I got bumped to the front of the list as soon as I arrived. I will give this review 2 stars for that, otherwise it would be 1 star because of the below: CONS: I was called back and explained that I am trying to grow out my hair, but in the meantime I want an inverse bob (about an 1" to 1/2" removed). She (Elizabeth) started out nice and slow and taking her time on the back of my head, pinning it up in sections and even shaving the back of my neck a little where my neck would show. She showed me the back and I said it looked good. Then she started to take off the protective plastic drape...uh what? I asked her if she was going to fix the sides so that they tiered/gradually transitioned into the front and if she would please trim off the dead ends in the front. Well, she hadn't accounted for that when she did the back and when she was done, it was a choppy bob (not the inverse bob I had requested) and it was longer on one side of my head. I was getting scared and said it was fine and figured I'd just ask my friend to fix it later for free. From now on, I will just go to my friend for my haircuts. tldr; Sorry Elizabeth, I know you tried and had good intentions, but maybe haircutting is not your calling :(
