DO NOT EVER PAY IN CASH!!! Purchased a sushi display case from them for $994. Brought it back and cleaned it. Turned it on and realized there were multiple problems with it. Called them back right away and we were greeted by the main lady there. She was super rude. We asked for a refund since we have a business to run but she refused. So we brought it back for it to be fixed and told her we need it by one week. It has been 30 days and we called multiple times. we had to dispute the charges with the credit card company because we had already purchase a brand new one to keep our business going. they called us to come pick up the fixed sushi case after 30 days which the warranty has expired so if something else is wrong with it, we just have to deal with it on my own. Terrible business ethic and we are still dealing with the headache from them. All the positive reviews are surprisingly generic ... hmmph.
