  • I totally agree with many of the negative comments about the customer service in this location. The store itself is amazing but the employees sucks. The store manager, "Lisa" down to the fitting room clerk. They are both very rude, unprofessional, have absolutely poor customer service skills, and definitely giving Ross store a bad reputation. I never came back to this location ever since.
