Findlay Honda is a five star dealership in my opinion. My husband and I bought a used BMW with 67,00 miles on it. The car was in showroom condition inside and out. The test drive was very good and all of the components in the car worked perfectly including the convertible top. There was no way anyone would have known that the top would stop working within 24 hours of our purchase. We drove the car back to the dealership and thought that the red flashing light was something minor. Our salesman, Mark Hughes, immediately took the car to the service department to have it checked out. It was determined that they would have to take it to the BMW service center and Mark graciously offered us a ride home. We were notified the next day that there were substantial problems with the mechanism that operates the top up and down. The repairs were going to be very costly and Findlay Honda would take care of it. Findlay had no legal obligation to fix our car, but we are thankful that they felt it was the right thing to do. Findlay Honda stepped up to the plate and for that we are eternally grateful. If you are looking for a new or used car and want a dealership with honesty and integrity, look no further. Everyone we met at the dealership was wonderful, and our salesman couldn't have been nicer.
