  • It took almost 15 minutes to get a drip coffee today. I ordered drip because typically I can get out quickly. I'm not sure where there's a breakdown in the process at this location but the lines are typically long and it seems like they are constantly overwhelmed. There's got to be a better way for those ordering drip coffee to get moved out quickly. The staff is pleasant which is why I give it 2 star rating. Rarely do I come to this location because of its reputation for being so slow.
