  • First off, I only gave it 4 stars versus 5 because of the long wait before my stylist was ready due to a double-booking by the new gal answering the phone. However, Jonathan came to check with me several times and apologized for the delay so I did appreciate that, as well as both checking if I needed anything or wanted something to drink. I had found this Groupon deal for $59 for a cut, deep conditioning and full color and when I had first called, I asked for a couple of the stylists that had been mentioned in reviews on Yelp, but the gal told me that those two don't do Groupons anymore (Carrie and Paul) but suggested Jonathan instead. Well, I loved that he listened to what I was looking for and the cut and color was outstanding!! I loved how much time he took to make sure I was completely satisfied and so satisfied that I'm going back in a couple of days to do a Brazilian blowout with him as well...can't wait to see the results.
