  • Like most, I hate Cox and their rate increases and shady deals. I've called multiple times today and talked to useless online chat customer service too. I HATE them. I can only hope Century Link has more reliability with their new fiber lines. I can't wait to cancel cox service for good. DON'T TAKE THE STUPID DEALS THEY TRY TO THROW AT YOU TO RETAIN YOU. It's all BS.
