Very disappointed with this establishment. My husband suffered a traumatic brain injury and now has PTSD and social anxiety. So for most errands he takes his therapy animal, to help with his social anxiety. When we came tonight with 2 of our kids for back-to-school haircuts, we were not initially told service or therapy animals were unwelcome. Instead, the hairdresser started gossiping about us (audibly loud so that we could hear it), was very rude, and eventually came up with an excuse that for health reasons NO ANIMALS were allowed in their establishment, and she was afraid of my husband's therapy animal.
Please be warned that if you have a disability and require a service or therapy animal, DO NOT go into this establishment! They are highly discriminatory and very unprofessional. My husband has been going there for years, and we will not be returning after this
