  • This place is the WORST car dealership we've ever been to. We came in with great credit. We were trading in our older Kia Optima. I walked around with 2 salesmen earlier in the day in the heat while my husband was working and would come in later if I found a vehicle. I found a couple cars I liked. I had a lunch appt and told the guy I needed to come back after my meeting and bring my husband in. First, they wouldn't let me go because they had my trade in vehicle information (reg papers and insurance) with the manager. I had to get in my car but they still made me wait to get my papers back so I could go. I was very irritated they wouldn't respect my time frame. Finally, a manager came to my car and brought me back my papers with a offer on paper for my vehicle trade, interest and payment for new car I was interested in. I liked the offer they gave me for my trade. I told the manager I would be back after my husband got off work. We returned and my husband and I drove the vehicle we fell in love with. When we sat down to work out the details the manager that was there for the night shift and different from earlier that day refused to honor the trade in offer from other manager. In fact, he was $10,000 lower for trade in and the payments and interested completely different and much higher! No joke! I had the paperwork from the offer from earlier in the day. The night manager said he wouldn't honor the offer and that the day manager lied to us just to get us back. He even took the paper with the offer and wouldn't return it to us. Can you believe that! 6 hours later we ended up at Peoria Kia and couldn't be any happier!!! If I could I wouldn't give Peoria Nissan any stars but had to give at least one to write a review and hopefully save others from being victimized by this place.
