  • Would give them 0 stars if possible . trying to actually call and get a hold of the local office is nearly impossible and the people on the corporate side apparently could not do anything . show up with a reservation and they say they dont have that but something else similiar then try to charge me more for it. Even though the quote even says select price for this vehicle or something similar . this was my first time using budget and I will never use them again . horrible customer service . and just out to steal your money .
