  • ALOT OF FAKE REVIEWS ON HERE! Just a few months ago there was about 10 reviews and now almost 400?? Hmmmm doesn't seem quite right! Just had them at my house. I've used them many times, this time 4 people showed up usually there is only one. When I expressed my surprise at the army of people brought in, the female owner snapped with an eminence amount of attitude and said "IM THE OWNER IM HERE CUZ IM THE OWNER" okay lady... was just wondering... also not a good way to introduce yourself to a paying client. So they do their job, the two owners leave and now I'm left with two young, YOUNG middle eastern guys who asked to collect payment I gave them a 100$ bill and asked for change. They told me they didn't have change and I said well this is all I have so maybe call the owners for change for me? And the younger boy turned to the older one giggling and snarking at the fact that I needed change... the younger one then started to give me attitude over the change and when I asked how old he was to be talking to me in the manner he was he told me 12!!! Why is a 12 year old cleaning my carpets and why is he giving me attitude for asking him for change?? I told the CHILD he needed to watch how to talks to PAYING CLIENTS and the meaning of customer service. When the CHILD gave me more attitude telling me he just cleaned my disgusting carpets and I shouldn't be mad they don't have change..... a 12 year old!!! The older one suggested I drive to the store to get change for him and I told him that wasn't going to happen. As an on the go home service you should have some amount of change to give to your clients right? I then called the owners to ask if he could get change for the job at which point he told me no and I suggested he start to carry some with him when I was met with a condescending tone and an attitude like I was Satan for making a business suggestion on HIS business. At this point he also told me he didn't care if he lost my business and mocked me for the idea of him carrying change on his truck. Ridiculous and horrible experience with these people!!!
