  • Literally the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Expect to have free wifi when paying for this high end hotel? DONT! Wifi costs 9.99 PER DAY PER DEVICE!??! I called the front desk to ask about where we could get wifi, and was treated very rudly and was hung up on. Our view is of electric transformers on the roof, most of the outlets in our room do not work, amd the most frusterating....my grandmother called ahead and was assured they would have a recliner for her to sleep in because she cannot sleep on a bed. We show up, no recliner and when asking at front desk they were extremely rude and dismissive and my grandmother ends up having to sleep the night in her power wheel chair. ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE. We had six familes staying here for the weekend and we will NEVER be back!
