I used to go to this place regularly but then something went really wrong. I went for my appointment before important event and I ended up with patches of skin ripped off my hands and legs. The lady clearly didn't know what she was doing, as she was going over the same are multiple times. To my surprise, I read in recent reviews that she still works there and still keeps messing people up the same way. But, that's not what really ticked me off. Every place can have a bad employee or maybe one who needs more training. What upset me the most was - when I called the next day and told the lady who picked up the phone about it, she offered me FREE SAMPLES OF THEIR LOTION. I expected more like an apology and asking me to stop by so they can take a look, give me some soothing ointment or something like this. I don't need fee sample of the lotion, I can afford it. What took my agitation to next level was: when I emailed the main headquarters to complain, I got a generic, very rude in my opinion answer stating I won't hear from them for a while coz they are busy waxing other people. After some back and forth email exchange with the main office I actually got a call from that location manager and she was very nice and apologetic and she gave me back credit for that service in my account for further service . However that was weeks after, and I never came back, I didn't even care about that 120$ I had in my account to use. Very unprofessional. I switched to a different location and I'm very happy and I won't be coming back
