  • Just moved into the area and needed to get cable and internet hooked up. Decided to come in person and find the best plan. My sales guy, John, was helpful and found me the best plan for my budget. He went over the pricing structure and how the bundles work. They were able to come out the next day and get everything hooked up. The installation tech, Terence, was friendly and helpful. Cox seems a little pricey but I've been happy with my channel selection and the internet is super fast. They understand the concept of good customer service. Being in a condo I didn't want an ugly satellite dish on my balcony either.
