My boyfriend is a big ramen lover and he said the tonkotsu ramen at Monta is the best he ever tried. I think the soap of the tonkotsu ramen is good and the chashu which comes with the ramen is VERY GOOD. Everytime we order the ramen, we will pay $2.5 for 4 more pieces of the chashu because it is just so good. For the chashu bowl, i think it's soso because the chashu is fried. Therefore it's not as good as those that are in the ramen. And i think the pork belly bowl is soso too, nothing special about it. For the fried rice, I think it tastes good and smells good. I had only tried the "fried rice". I didnt try the one with kimchi and veggie. And for the gyoza, I think it is okay. Nothing special about it too.
Overall, I would recommend you to try there ramen and fried rice. And for this price, it's really cheap and delicious !!! :D
And it's the best to go there at around 3pm so you do not have to wait for a long time. It's pretty crowded during noon and at night.
