  • I called for a seasonal maintenance on my unit. The tech showed on time and when he spoke to me all he tried to do was sell. First it was a complete new system for $12,000.... on a 2,500 sq ft house. 12,000..... my friend in Oklahoma who has been in the business for 25 years just laughed. He said 5-6,000 tops. Then it was a host of different repairs he could do. The tech showed me pictures that he supposedly took of my unit in the attic. I'm not sure who's unit it was. Upon calling another service it was plainly evident it was not my air handler he had pictures of. Steer clear of these guys.
