| - My husband and I are total Chipotle fanatics. We were both overly elated to hear word that there was a Chipotle closer to home.
We're both partial to the Stow location, because they always deliver a great experience, but that didn't stop us from checking out this one.
Let me start by saying that I have visited this location at least three times.
Each time was exceedingly more disappointing. I tried to hang in there and have hope because I knew this place was new and the majority of the workers do not have Chipotle experience.
1. This is by far the SLOWEST Chipotle I have ever been to. I went there at 6:30 this past Friday night, had ten people ahead of me (yes, I counted), and didn't even get to pay for my food until 7:15.
2. There isn't a system in place yet. They will pause themselves from helping you to randomly clean, prepare an online order, or start chit chatting. "What kind of protein?" "Um, I----" "Hold on, I'll be right back." There are usually only two people working the line and one person running the register. The manager is usually running around not helping her staff at all or wiping her nose on her gloves. Yummy.
3. Attitudes. Attitudes everywhere. Prepare to be greeted with a look of "I hate my life" served with a side of snarky retorts.
After this past Friday, I have lost all hope in this location. It'll never make it if they don't develop a system and really pick up their pace.
I will, however, miss their brown rice. It was perfect.
