  • They take advantage of elderly people. My father, a retired Marine is an 81 year old double amputee who suffers from dementia and my mother is legally blind. The technician came out and said the coil and condenser needed to replaced and told my mother it would cost $10,000.00. I know the parts are not expensive so they are taking advantage of them by claiming it's labor. Watch out for your parents with these predators. They have no shame and if I could give zero stars I would!!! Elite, you should be ashamed of yourselves!
