  • Atwater is a JOKE! More like a Roach Motel(or a Steam room (A/C was out for a whole month before I terminated my lease and I hear from neighbors nothing had changed ) no big deal for PEM management or on-site manger Lucy just a bunch of we're working on it and empty promises. apartment as low as 98° (yes I said low it never got cooler than that.) Apparently PEM thought it was a better idea to plant flowers and put up gates and buy blue patio chairs than to fix and make sure the chillers where all up and running before the Arizona summer Heat Hit. Lucy is the biggest joke poor lady she's in way over her head they should really find someone more professional she thinks everything is a joke she sure fooled me when I signed my lease. There was also 3 times they came into my home without permission one of those times they also went into my attic in my master bedroom for reasons I still don't know (EXTREMELY unprofessional ) One time the older maintenance gentleman came to change a light bulb in my kitchen and he ended up breaking the entire fixture took me over 6 Months of complaints and lucy laughing about the situation until I got younger gentleman ozzy to change out the kitchen fixture. The free pest control is a joke as well I never saw any difference. Kelly and Ozzy are the only two I have nothing bad to say about very kind understanding and friendly they should get a raise for all the bullshit I'm sure they go thru.
